Miles Recruitment are delighted to be working with a progressive and highly successful client in their field, who have a great opportunity for an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator to join and support their UK Sales Team.
The position is a key sales support role and is essential to the growth of the business. It will suit someone who is a high performer in a telesales or equivalent sales roles.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be target driven and self-motivated to create, develop, and manage business opportunities through direct (inside) sales activity and manage and influence a mixture of inbound and outbound leads.
Your responsibilities will also include CRM Management, client management and scheduling appointment bookings.
The role is fast paced and gives you full scope to work with a wide variety of stakeholders within the business internally and externally.
You will additionally assist with marketing and promotional campaigns, which is always an interesting part of any sales role.
The successful individual who secures this position, must have excellent verbal and written communication and love going the extra mile to meet sales objectives and customers requirements.
Strong IT skills are a given, as is the ability to prioritise with a hands-on, can-do approach with the potential for additional responsibilities focused on business growth or other future possibilities within the organisation.
You really will be well looked after with room to grow with the business and a competitive salary and OTE in the region of £30,000 p/a.
