We are seeking an experienced call handler to work in a busy Devizes based office answering inbound calls and taking appropriate course of action depending on the nature of the call.

Hours of work 8.00am-5.00pm Monday - Friday

Essential Skills

* Must be computer literate and able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Window and Office applications.

* Demonstrable strong Communication & Negotiation skills.

* Self-motivated, accurate and operates with the highest ethical standards.

* Prepared to work hard to get the right result.

* Comfortable communicating well on a one-on-one basis as well as with medium to large sized groups.

* Can convey information clearly and concisely.

* Able to transpose and understand financial and technical data to a high standard.

* Hands on with the ability to multi task and meet deadlines.

* Flexible and adaptable.

* Self motivated.

Experience

* Minimum of 2 years working in an office based communication role such as contact centre environment.

* Minimum of 2 years in a service reception in an automotive repair industry.

Desirable

* Up-to-date with current legislation in a goods vehicle maintenance environment.

* Experienced with modern technology in the goods vehicle maintenance environment.

* Up-to-date with best practice in a goods vehicle maintenance environment.

* Recognised motor industry qualification.



9.50 per hr
