An exciting position has become available for a full-time Clubhouse Manager based in the Wiltshire area. The Clubhouse Manager will be responsible for the management and day-to-day retail operations of the Club.

Responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and supporting Catering and Bar activities
- Creating and implementing of menus, wine menu and stocks
- Co-ordinating the overall delivery of activities for members in the clubhouse
- Co-ordinating staff rotas to ensure suitable staff cover is always present
- Work with the Office team to ensure the smooth running of functions and manage the processes and procedures the club has in place for such activities
- Manage all aspects of Health & Safety ensuring procedures are in place

Skills and Experience:

- Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Customer-focused and approachable
- Attention to detail particularly concerning the general maintenance standards of the Club facilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience with staff budgets
- Experience of managing events
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Sound knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
- Good commercial awareness
