Sales Administrator required for a fantastic growth business in the North Wiltshire area.

The position will be on a 12-month fixed term basis, working on a hybrid model of 2 days in the office and 3 from home. Your direct line manager is awesome, and the leadership team are equally awesome. The business itself is very well established and secure.

Your new position

You will find yourself doing a varied array of tasks to include but not limited to:

• Research and contact (by e-mail) potential new clients, to introduce the company and
secure meetings for the sales team.
• Add leads and meetings to CRM (Salesforce) making updates as required.
• Generate and manage campaigns on CRM.
• Convert leads to full clients on CRM ensuring all data is transferred correctly, credit checks are requested via finance and
new clients are flagged.
• Compile monthly figures using reports pulled from CRM.
• Generate reports/ figures for board and SMT
• Monitor and respond to e-mails in a timely manner.
• Update and generate Powerpoint presentations as required.


About you

• Ideally you will be able to bring to the position, experience of Sales Administration and some cold calling to hit the
ground running.
• Without doubt, you will be someone comfortable communicating by both telephone and email and with all types of
people and clients.
• A good standard of IT literacy is required, and CRM systems experience in particularly salesforce would be hugely
advantageous.
• Availability is key and you should be able to start in July and by the end of July at the latest to ensure a full handover can
be completed.

Whilst the position is a 12-month fixed term contract, there is scope that there may be a permanent position in the future with the business as they are growing rapidly.
