Junior Sommelier

We are seeking a Sommelier who is an enthusiastic, diligent and professional individual for our client in the heart of Wiltshire.

The role:

- You will be responsible for serving of wine in the restaurant and for also working with the team to help with bar and restaurant service.
- Using your extensive knowledge of wine you will be able to recommend and sell wines to our guests that complement their preferences and pair well with their menu choices.

About you:

- You will be passionate about wine, food and delivering great service
- You will have strong attention to detail
- You will be dedicated to enhancing your food and wine knowledge
- Experience as a Sommelier
- An engaging and personable nature
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English
- Passion and commitment to delivering exceptional levels of service
