We are absolutely delighted to be engaged by a company that makes one of my favourite treats to appoint them a HR Advisor.

Due to the company’s growth and the number of staff now on board, as well as their outsourced HR consultancy that they use for HR and legal support, they now require someone who has experience in HR administration and coordination, for around 8 hours per week on site.

The 8 hours can be split across two days or worked as one whole day; they are flexible around this to suit. You will need your own transport to get to their location.

They are a small growing business, and they pull together as a team, based in beautiful surroundings. It is a lovely job for someone who wants to keep their hand in HR part time or wants to run the role alongside another part time role to pick up some more hours. Once settled into the role, you will be able to work remotely when practical as well.

As part of your remit as HR Advisor, you will support the Office Manager and Directors with the running of a small and busy business.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Managing the HR email in box
• Dealing with employee queries in person and in writing
• Completing the payroll once a month
• Keeping employee and all HR documents and records up to date with our outsourced HR company

To succeed in the post, you should have a number of years HR experience behind you already. Experience of payroll processing would be advantageous but not essential as training can be provided. CIPD or at least nearly qualified is preferred.

This is a permanent part time post and will be remunerated around £14.00 per hour, dependant on experience.
