Production Operative

We have got a great opportunity for production operatives in Frome. Working as a part of a smaller team within a much larger umbrella to carry out high-quality manufacturing of concrete products. Our client is very well respected in the industry, earning awards within their sector.

Looking for someone with experience in the Manufacturing sector, who works well in a team, can communicate well with others and has a good attention to detail.

You will have the opportunity to use powered hand tools, machinery and mechanical handling equipment throughout your shifts. You will also being running machines, working on the moulds, products and supplying prestigious landmarks throughout the UK.

Safety, quality and waste are of priority within the working environment. Providing a high standard of care to their employees.

You will be working a two-week rotating shift pattern (6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm) based on 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional overtime on Saturdays.

The wage being offered is between £11.67 - £12.84 per hour which increases annually, additionally, a wide benefits scheme is provided.

Initially a offering a temporary contract, however that can change to permanent.
