Production Operative

Miles Recruitment have been offered a great chance to recruit for multiple Production Operatives. Working with a consistent client of ours. You will be joining a well-esteemed company, assisting the production lines and working on their products.

Having previous experience in a Production Operative role would be beneficial, as you will be in a familiar environment. On top of that, having experience working with rubber and welding would help you excel in this position.

The main responsibilities in which the Production Operatives carry out include:

• Making different sized products to the customer’s order
• Cutting and welding materials for the client’s products
• Working with rubber of all shapes and sizes
• At times heavy lifting of products for sizing up and cutting
• Working to customers’ orders and efficiently working with the team to get them made on time

Our client is offering a salary of £11.44 p/h initially, then rising once fully trained. This is a temporary position with the potential to become a permanent role if desired.
The proposed hours are:
• 8am – 5pm Monday – Thursday
• 8am – 2.30pm Friday
