Miles Recruitment have a great opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join a company dedicated to providing a top-quality service to their clients. Our client are very well established and you will be joining a team of friendly and fun people, led by the most cheerful and positive Team Leader.

As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient processing of departmental invoices and operational billing. Other key responsibilities and duties include:

- Handling the end-to-end processing of invoices, including data entry, verification, and validation of information
- Reconciling invoices with purchase orders, delivery notes, and contracts to ensure accuracy
- Liaising with vendors and suppliers to address and resolve any invoicing issues or queries promptly
- Generating and sending out customer invoices, ensuring all billing information is accurate and complete
- Effectively monitor work in progress (WIP) reports to ensure aged WIP can be cleared and processed

To excel as a Finance Administrator, you will need to be able to prioritise busy workloads as well as:

- Having the ability to communicate effectively with clients and prospects
- Strong computer skills with a good working knowledge of and MS Outlook, Word & Excel
- Being self-motivated, well organised with an eye for detail and good interpersonal skills.

Salary is in the region is £24,000 to £25,000 p/a and benefits include: Pension, share plan, company sick pay and other employee perks.
