Miles Recruitment have a brilliant opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join an expanding company, flourishing in their sector and wanting to strengthen their team.

As Service Coordinator, you will be a first-point contact for incoming breakdowns and compliance requests via phone and/or email. Within this role, you will need to prioritise workloads and communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues to ensure the best customer service. Other duties as Service Coordinator include:

- Monitor incoming calls and emails; processing as needed.
- Identify and escalate problems and queries outside area of responsibility to Team Leader in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist the team with overflow calls and process as needed
- To assist in the development of new service offerings and identify new after-sales opportunities where appropriate

As Service Coordinator, it is vital that you can process information provided to you effectively and have strong communicational skills. Other standards of the job include:

- Well organised - able to work in a fast paced environment
- Maintain a professional manner, both orally and in a written format.
- Strong judgement and decision making.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
