As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the dining experience meet high standards of quality and service. You main duties as Restaurant Manager include:

- Ensure excellent customer service and address any complaints or concerns promptly.
- Create work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Within this Restaurant Manager role, it is important that proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry. Additionally, some other desirable attributes include
