Annette is the proud Founder and Owner of Miles Recruitment Ltd (named after her maiden name).

She has over 30 years of working hands on in the recruitment industry with an accomplished track record managing both National and Boutique recruitment companies, recruiting across both temporary and permanent positions across all sectors. Annette has a particular interest and flair for the Engineering, Industrial and Manufacturing sectors as well as being an expert in transport & logistics, being a CPC holder (Transport Management).

When not with her head in the business, Annette, is known for her community spirit. Be that keeping an eye out for elderly residents in her local community or founding and pulling together a formidable team of volunteers to 3D print some 20,000 plus face visors under the name of Shield Wiltshire during the 1st Lockdown 2020. She is also kept entertained by her family, 3 boys, fur baby and her love of 80's music.

Nicola has over 22 years of specialised recruitment expertise, predominantly supporting Managing Directors, CEO’s, CFO’s and FD’s with executing their hiring strategies and managing their recruitment campaigns for all areas of the business that they hold remit for.

As our Divisional Manager, she leads on permanent and fixed term contract hiring for our clients, across all sectors and disciplines and as an ex- Management Accountant, she has a genuine interest and understanding for the Finance and Accountancy arena, and how this important area fits with within the business.

When not recruiting, her other love is spending time with her family walking their labrador up in the hills and out in the countryside of Wiltshire and surrounding areas and with 3 children keeping her on her toes, she squeezes in the occasional run.

Jessica has 17 years of management and leadership experience predominantly secured in the care industry, which is a highly regulated and complex sector.

She joined Miles Recruitment in 2019 as an Administration Assistant, where her fantastic and transferrable skills set were quickly recognised, and she became the Executive Assistant for our leadership team. As part of Jessica's remit, she looks after compliance, administration, and marketing.

Having an active family means Jessica spends a lot of time between, rugby and football and in her spare time, Jessica volunteers as a swim coach for her local club and her 'escape' and 'relaxation' time is spent gardening and with her Labrador.

Chrissy has 4 years of recruitment experience. Prior to her 4 years in the recruitment industry, Chrissy worked in varied managerial roles in the Private and Charity sector and was responsible for all aspects of recruitment and HR so can truly empathise with Miles clients around any hiring issues they may face and offer genuine advice on the way forward. She prides herself on her ability to identify the real needs, wants and challenges of both clients and candidates to efficiently make successful, long lasting placements and relationships. Chrissy focuses on permanent recruitment covering the Commercial, Business Support and transactional Accountancy market.

Our nature and animal loving Chrissy, can be found volunteering at a local animal sanctuary or making beautiful pottery creations.

Kathy has over 17 years of experience within the recruitment sector running a successful temporaries desk. She dedicates herself to filling temporary assignments, including critical roles to ensure business continuity for our clients.

Working across a varied range of companies in size and turnover, and a wide range of domestic and labour intensive hires, Kathy has developed positive and long lasting relationships which has resulted in continuous and repeat business for Miles. Particular strengths are within hospitality, manufacturing, transport logistics and industrial recruitment.

When not at work you will find Kathy spending time baking the most gorgeous cakes and treats and walking her beloved dog Nieve.

Yvonne has been with Miles for 4.5 years and has a demonstrated history working within recruitment across multiple disciplines. She is a genuine people person who enjoys engaging with clients and individuals to identify and resource new opportunities, to secure dream hires and dream jobs.

Yvonne specialises in permanent recruitment across Commercial and Business Support, and transactional accountancy roles, utilising her interesting and professional career history (mixing with some famous people along the way) and experience to date, to successfully recruit for both our clients and candidates.

You will find Yvonne, when not at work, spending time with her family and going to concerts for her love of music.
