We have a really great opportunity for someone to join our well-established client, who are in the engineering and manufacturing sector and due to growth, now require a Sales Coordinator.

This is a repeat client and are great to work with with strong leadership.

As Sales Coordinator, our client will develop your skill set and provide you with support, on the job training and mentoring to enable you to succeed.

The position sits within a small but vital function within the business, where you will be given the full opportunity to make a difference.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for;

- Receiving incoming enquiries about their products
- Lead generation from a variety of sources and sales channels
- Maintaining, updating and improving our CRM system
- Updating customer details
- Social media updates across multiple platforms
- Customer liaison
- Attending occasional customer visits, on the rare occasion, abroad as well.
- Sales administration

The role will involve lots of group and inter-departmental liaison, so we are looking for someone who can think on their feet with strong communication skills to deal with a variety of stakeholders and fully support the Sales Manager.

You must have excellent IT skills/social media experience (even if only on a personal level) and preferably have CRM experience. .

The office hours are 8.30am-5.00pm Monday - Thursday with a slightly earlier finish on Fridays and the chance to work from home 1 day a week.

The salary on offer for this role is in the region of £25,000 to £30,000 p/a.
