We are delighted to be recruiting for our Rumwell based client who are looking for an engaged and forward-thinking Business Administrator to join their small team on a full-time basis.
The duties of the Business Administrator include providing office support to both Departments, Managers and clients.
You will be organised, pro-active with an eye for detail. Previous experience in administration with a minimum of 2 years would be advantageous.

Duties include:
• Processing a range of documents; invoices, letters, schedules
• Scanning and filing documents
• Updating practice management as required
• Supporting the team with projects and general ad hoc administration
• Preparing client records and management data
• Assisting with promotional and marketing activities
• Monitoring contractors on site
• Organising functions and ensuring refreshments, equipment is all set up and the events run smoothly
• Oversee meeting rooms to ensure they are maintained to a high standard

To succeed in this post, you will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Be able to work to strict deadlines with exceptional diary management and planning.
