We are currently recruiting for an established company in Devizes who are looking to bolster their HR team with some temporary Recruitment Co-ordinators. The role offers some hybrid working and can be flexible around the hours.

This role will suit someone with a sound knowledge of HR processes and procedures with particular experience in Recruitment.

You will be working with key stakeholders within the operational teams and the main responsibilities are:

- Co-ordinating the recruitment process cycle from advert to appointment
- Supporting line Managers in delivering all recruitment administration; adverts, interview questions and general paperwork
- Maintaining spreadsheets and systems
- Validating selection interview processes
- Attending careers fairs, recruitment events and other meetings
- Maintaining working relationships with internal and external customers

About you:
- Experience in working within a resourcing, recruitment team
- Ability to prioritise working to timescales and targets
- Strong relationship builder
- Excellent IT skills
- Self-motivated and ability to work with minimum supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills with tactfulness and diplomacy
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Great problem solver
- Confidence in presenting to small and large audiences
- Ideally Hold CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
