Restaurant Chef

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Chef to join our client in Wiltshire.

This is a seasonal 3-4 day contract, working 24-32 hours a week. This position will start at the beginning of May 2022 and complete beginning of November 2022. Shifts will be between 08:30 - 16:00 with occasional earlier starting times.

The Chef required for this role will be well versed in producing seasonal dishes using locally sourced products. The restaurant is open daily serving a buffet of hot and cold food. There is also an opportunity of baking cakes and biscuits.

About you:

- Strong communicator and people person
- Qualifications in Food Hygiene Level 2 with Level 3 desirable
- Experience of working in a high-volume kitchen
- General kitchen management
- Strong menu planning
- Confident in food costing
