- Able to handle guest issues efficiently and make sound decisions
- Capable of demonstrating high-quality service to the team by setting good examples through great training

About you:

- Previous hotel experience
- Enthusiasm for excellent guest service
- Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- A flexible and hands-on approach to work
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English
- Experience in staff training
