Chef de Partie

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team at one the finest hotels and beautiful country houses in Wiltshire. The hotel boats stunning views across the Wiltshire countryside.

The role will involve working closely with our suppliers to produce and offer extensive menus and you will be able to use your abilities to create an exceptional experience for guests. You will play a key role in ensuring guest events go above and beyond their every expectation.

About the role:
- Team-orientated approach
- Prepare, clean and organise ingredients for use in the kitchen
- Help to maintain and adhere to strict health and safety procedures
- Good sense of planning and preparation for the day ahead
- Diligent and meticulous in making and receiving orders
- Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie in a busy environment would be advantageous.
