Chef De Partie

We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and committed Chef to join the team as Chef De Partie in a busy and vibrant country hotel, set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The venue has a well established restaurant, bar, function and event space.

As Chef De Partie, you will be a crucial member of the kitchen staff, having the opportunity work on all sections within the kitchen. Providing you with the opportunity to develop your skills as a chef and produce dishes consistently to a high standard. You will be working in close proximity to the Head Chef and fellow colleagues, helping one another.

You will be an important & key member of the team, sharing responsibility for setting the bar high in terms of really good food and service. To thrive in this role as Chef De Partie; it is crucial that you are passionate about being a Chef and are able to work in a fast paced environment.
